Here's a very simple receipy to make veggie Rolls. You may add your favorite vegetables in the rolls.
So let's get started!
Ingredients required for veggie rolls:
- Bell peppers.
- Tomato.
- Corns.
- Grated cheese and 1 tbsp smooth cheese spread.
- Black pepper,salt, chilli flakes.
- Pizza dough. (For pizza dough we mix all purpose flour, instant yeast, oil, sugar and salt)
Step 1- Add together the vegetables with cheese spread and grated cheese and add salt, chilli flakes and black pepper.
Step 3- Start rolling this veggie base carefully.
Step 4- Spray some cooking oil on the baking tray and place the rolls on them.
(I waited for an hour so that the rolls rise.)
Step 5- Bake the rolls at preheated oven at 400 degree F for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with mint sauce or tomato ketchup.
